Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below for returns, refunds, and exchanges for orders placed on Elpheco.ca.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date you receive your order.
If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Any item not returned in its original condition or missing parts (unless due to a manufacturing defect)

How to Start a Return

All returns must be initiated through our Contact Page.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

We will provide the return instructions after reviewing your request.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or quality issue:
    We will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns:
    Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

Please note that:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If your return qualifies for a refund, any applicable return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued under these conditions:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns received more than 30 days after delivery (subject to case-by-case review)

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

If your refund seems delayed:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card issuer
  3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary

Sale Items

  • Regular-priced items: Eligible for refunds
  • Sale or discounted items: Non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange for the same product, please contact us through our Contact Page.

Gift Orders:

  • If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
  • If the gift giver shipped the order to themselves, the refund will be issued to them.
